Our Vision: To see young adults united in love and faith, transforming the church, and bringing hope to the world.
360 FAITH was launched in 2024 by Andrew Cameron, an ordained minister from southern Sydney with over two decades of experience in youth and young adult ministry in Australia and around the world.
360 FAITH is a response to two persistent realities in the church today: 1) the young adult age group is full of massive spiritual need and opportunity; and, 2) young adult ministry is relatively new in the church and in general lacks the resources and understanding enjoyed by more established ministries.
Our Mission
The mission of 360 FAITH is to support local churches in their ministry to young adults and pioneer new expressions of local, inter-denominational, young adult ministry.
1) Networks
Bringing young adult ministry leaders together from different churches and organisations for fellowship, support and shared ministry.
2) Events
Focusing on aspects of ministry, i.e. 'real world' discipleship and creative outreach, that are generally beyond individual churches' capacity.
3) Resources
Creating young adult focused discipleship and outreach resources, and helping leaders access resources tailored for their context.

360 FAITH is committed to upholding the Christian faith as authoritatively revealed in the Bible and expressed in the historic creeds of the Church. Read our Statement of Faith.
360 FAITH is not a church and intentionally does not engage in the core work of the local church. Instead, the goal of 360 FAITH's ministry is that young adults - particularly those in churches with few young adults and few resources for YA ministry - can stay in their churches and be connected to the wider church.
